Tommy Ringer, 61, of Albright (Valley Point community), WV, passed away following an extended illness, Friday, May 1, 2020, in his home. The son of Clesta Joanne Stout Miller of Valley Point and the late Ray Ringer, he was born May 6, 1958, in Kingwood, WV. He is the father of Betty Jo Miller and Tommy Ringer, Jr.; also surviving, a sister, Patty Wolfe; five brothers: Danny Ringer, Delbert Ringer, Kenneth Ringer, Billy Ringer and Melvin Miller Jr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Melvin Miller, Sr. At his request, there will be no service.
