Thomas Henderson Hoover,

68, of Tunnelton, WV, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, in his home. He was the son of the late Rev. Thomas Brem and Catherine Hoover and was born in West Union, Iowa, on September 28, 1957.

Thomas was raised in the Presbyterian church and was a 35-year truck driver who loved his dog, Bonnie.

He is survived by a son, Joshua, and his wife, Kimberly, of Tunnelton; a step-son, Christopher Lancaster, of Kingwood, WV; and a step-daughter, Kimmie and her husband, Adam Bohon of Morgantown WV; a sister, Robi, and her husband, Jimmy White, of Kingwood; grandchildren: Joshua Hoover, Jr, Cheyenne Hoover, Elizabeth Hoover, Justice Carver, Faith Carver, Paige Boyles and Trent Lancaster; and several great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 17936 Veterans Memorial Highway, Kingwood, WV.

Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, has been assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
