Sharon R Dodd, age 71, previously of Fairmount, GA passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, in Bruceton Mills, WV. Sharon was born in Morgantown WV on August 19, 1952, then lived many years in GA before returning to the place she lived as a child. Sharon was loved by her family and the many friends she made in both states. She was active in her local Senior Center and loved to volunteer for the monthly Red Cross Blood Drives. She was previously active in the Red Hats and liked to dress the part. She was preceded in death by her parents Mildred Rodeheaver Sisler and Ward A Sisler and two sisters Patricia Rodeheaver Miller and Sandra Rodeheaver Kalmar. She is survived by her sisters, Jane Sisler Cannon (Ron) and Brenda Sisler Yancy (David), nieces Kristi Brown, Renee Trammel (Don), Rhonda Chester (John), Raquel Berry, Renata Kalmar, Shari Eskew (Rob) nephews Justin Goss (Savannah), Cody Goss, Jeffrey Miller (Linda) and several great nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at her Senior Center in Bruceton Mills, WVA on February 21, 2024 at 2pm. Friends and family welcome.
