Rosalie A. Matthews,   86, of Bruceton Mills, WV, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024, at her home.  The daughter of the late Charles and Martha Teets Sines, she was born September 26, 1938, in Oakland, MD. Rosalie was a custodian for the Bruceton Schools for many years.  She is survived by three sons: Donald Jr., Keith A. and Michael L. Matthews; a daughter, Zelda J. Belanger, and her husband, Jan, of Bruceton Mills; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Doris Lord and Lois Becker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Matthews; a son, Robert James Matthews; a daughter, Nancy Bohon; and two sisters, Vergie Varner and Esther Swinehart; and a brother, Jim Sines.  Family and friends may call at the Carl R.
