Philip Williams 75, of Bruceton Mills, WV, passed away at his home on September 18, 2024. The son of Melvin Rollie Williams and Ruby Johnson Williams, he was born July 5, 1949, in Upland, California. Phil was a carpenter, joining the Carpenter's Union in 1971 as an apprentice and ending his career as a licensed General Contractor. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Debbie Williams, and their son Kyle of Bruceton Mills, WV. There will be a private gathering of family to spread his ashes in the woods he loved. Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, will assist the family with cremation arrangements.
