Naomi Virginia Ringer, 85, of Joppa, MD, formerly from Essex, MD, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at her home. The loving daughter of the late Earl Richard Noss and Nellie Guthrie Noss, she was born September 19, 1935, in Wharton Township, PA. She is survived by two daughters: Carolyn Sue Cooper and her husband, Donald, and Linda Diane Ferreira; six grandchildren: Melissa Mitzel, Kevin Cooper, Amanda Quaty, Anthony Ferreira, Michael Ferreira, and Steven Ferreira; ten great- grandchildren: Emily Borunda, Jessyca Mitzel, Nathan Mitzel Anthony, Jr., Jayden, Judah and Calvin Ferreira, Sage and Delilah Cooper, and Corey and Owen Quaty; one great-great grandchild, Coraline Borunda; one sister, Shirley Evans; and many other friends and relatives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Dwight Lloyd Ringer; a daughter, Sandra Kaye Ringer; and five brothers: Richard, Robert, John, Wayne and James. Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Saturday, March 13, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service with Rev. Michael Bernard officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Bruceton Mills, WV.
