Margaret Pauline Hinebaugh 85, of Friendsville, Maryland, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the Goodwill Mennonite Home in Grantsville, MD. The daughter of the late Earl and Nellie (Taylor) Staub, she was born October 30, 1935 in Hooversville, PA. Margaret was a Housekeeping Supervisor for Will-O-the-Wisp resort for many years. She also was a member of the Woodmen of the World. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Gerald) Thomas, Friendsville, MD; two grandchildren, Stephanie (Steve) Bell, of Cross Junction, VA, and Aaron Thomas, of Myrtle Beach, SC; and two great grandsons, Jacob and Nicholas Bell; one brother, John (Jack) R. Staub, of Houston, AK; and one sister, Dottie Frazee, of Friendsville, MD; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hinebaugh, a son, Tommy Hinebaugh, and a brother, Richard Staub. A private family viewing will be held for the family at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV. The family and friends are welcome to attend the graveside memorial service Monday, December 28 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the Blooming Rose Cemetery, Friendsville, MD, with Rev. Dana Umbel officiating. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and guidelines by the CDC, face masks and social distancing are required.
