Lucy Marie Silbaugh, 70, of Bruceton Mills, WV, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023, at her home. The daughter of the late John Guthrie and Nellie Casteel, she was born November 9, 1953, in Oakland, MD. Lucy has been a homemaker most of her life. She is survived by two daughters: Sheila DeBerry and her husband Marlin of Albright, WV, and Chrystal Bankhead and her husband, Andy of Brandonville, WV, and a son, Marvin Junior Silbaugh, of Cuzzart, WV; and an adopted son, Dakota Silbaugh; two sisters: Hazel Fike and her husband, Delmas of Farmington, PA, and Peggy Huff of Hagerstown, MD, and a brother, Dale Casteel and his wife, Fay, of Erie, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, Millard Fisher and Troy Lee Fisher. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date, to be announced.
