Laura A. Richardson Smith,

24, passed away suddenly on March 28, 2026, in North Carolina.

She is survived by her husband, Donnavin Smith, and her daughter, Rosalyn Sage; her parents, Amber and Joseph Keith and Charles, Jr. and Allison Richardson; mother- and father-in-law, Karen and David Smith; her twin sister and husband, Ashley and Lorenzo McLean, Braiden Keith, and Lucas Richardson. Also surviving are her grandparents, Tammie and Robert Murphy and Mary Kieran, and great-grandmother, Phyllis Royce.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Jane and Bob Murphy and Kay Royce.

Laura loved watching Disney movies with her daughter and enjoyed listening to true crime podcasts. She had a kind heart and would help you in any way she could. She will be dearly missed.

Family and friends may be received at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Tuesday, April 7,

2026, from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service with Paster Luke McLean officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Bruceton Mills, WV.
