John Gordon Rosenberger, 55, of Bruceton Mills, WV, died Thursday, August 17, 2023, at his home. The son of the late Roger P. and Naomi Fike Rosenberger, he was born February 27, 1968, in Morgantown, WV. He was a heavy equipment operator most of his life. John was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and brother-in-law and he especially enjoyed playing with his grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters: Devin Rosenberger of Addison, PA; Brittany Metheny and Carrie Rosenberger of Bruceton Mills, WV; five grandchildren: Max, Bella, Rylan, Layne, and Layton; two sisters: Jo Rosenberger, of Bruceton Mills, Marci Adams and spouse, Jake, of Ohiopyle, PA, a brother and spouse, Phillip and Stephanie Rosenberger, of Bruceton Mills, a sister, Margie Clark, of Valley Point, several nieces and nephews, and a faithful feline friend, Milo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Fike. Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville- Bruceton Mills, WV, on Monday, August 21, 2023, from 4-8 p.m., and Tuesday, August 22, 2023, from 10 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service with Pastor Steve Wotring officiating.
