Everett Glenn Schooley, 68, of Albright (Lenox Community), WV, died on January 15, 2024, at Mon Health Medical Center, in Morgantown, WV. The son of the late Ellis "Bud" and Nina Burhl Summers Schooley, he was born on December 9, 1955, in Kingwood, WV. After graduating from Kingwood High School, he spent much of his life working as a farmer on the family farm. Everett is survived by his companion of several years, Bonnie Mersing; a brother, Melvin Schooley, of Lenox; and an aunt, Ada Belle Lease, of Morgantown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an uncle, Leonard Schooley. Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., and on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 10:00 until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
