Eura Jennings Carpenter, Jr.,

83, of Fuquay-Varina, NC, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Wake Medical Hospital in Raleigh, NC.
The son of the late Eura J. Carpenter, Sr. and Macel Cleo Seabolt Carpenter, he was born October 25, 1935, in Rensford, WV.
Junior is survived by his wife, Glenna Spiker Carpenter; a daughter and her husband, Teresa and Paul Wilder; two grandsons, Austin and Andersen Boykin; two brothers and their spouses, Sidney and Patricia Carpenter and Dexter and Harriet Carpenter: two sisters: Janet and her husband, Jim Crandell, and Reba Streaker; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil and Allen Bert Carpenter.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service in the funeral home, with Pastor Barry Adkins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Centenary Cemetery, Bruceton Mills, WV.
