Debbie Bell Feather, 63, of Tunnelton, WV, died Thursday, December 12, 2024, at her daughter's home in Morgantown WV. The daughter of Albert Lee Hoover and Shirley McNear, she was born June 7, 1961, in Albright, WV. Debbe is survived by two daughters, Chastity Rhodes of Morgantown, WV, and Jenifer Wilgus of Tunnelton, WV; and a son, Marvin Feather, Jr., of Albright. Also surviving are two sisters, Stella Shaffer and Katina Parker; a brother, David Hoover; seven grandchildren; and her former husband, Marvin Feather, Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Randy, Steven, and Tony Hoover; and two sisters, Brenda Braham and Lisa Miller. Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV is providing cremation service. The family will be having a memorial service at a later date.
