Celesta Joanne Miller, 87, of Albright, WV, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her daughter's residence in Bruceton Mills, WV, on October 19, 2022. The daughter of the late Joseph and Dollie Ables Stout, she was born May 11, 1935, in New Milton (Doddridge County), WV. Celesta was a lifetime homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses since 1978. She is survived by her daughter, Patty E. Wolfe; five sons: Danny Ringer, Delbert Ringer, Kenneth Ringer, Billy Ringer and Melvin Miller, Jr.; three brothers: Fred Stout, Donald Stout, and Sammy Stout; three sisters: Waveline Novak, Peggy Dacey and Shelia Mattingley; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Clyde Miller, Sr.; a son, Tommy Ike Ringer; four brothers: Jackie Stout, Bobby Stout, Clyde Stout, and Lee Stout; and a sister, Linda Poling.
