Bradley Eugene Rosenberger,
70, of Bruceton Mills (Glade Farms community), WV, passed away suddenly on June 6, 2024, while on a camping trip in Somerset County, PA. The son of the late Donald and Kathrine Morrison Rosenberger, he was born on April 24, 1954, in Bruceton Mills.
Brad was a retired surface coal miner who operated a highwall drill. He enjoyed hunting and watching NASCAR races and was a Mountaineer and a Dallas Cowboy fan. And, he loved to spend time with his family and friends.
Brad is survived by his wife, Cathy Shaffer Rosenberger; three brothers and their spouses: Ronald and Patty Rosenberger, Ed and Dottie Rosenberger, and Doug and Barbara Rosenberger; and four sisters and their spouses: Madeline and Ernest Fearer, Mary Lou and Andy Reckart, Barbara and Tom Bryner and Jackie and B.J. Elliott. Also, surviving are brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Richard and Maria Teets, Chuck and Jackie Teets, Stanley and Debbie Shaffer, Steve and Sharon Shaffer, Ken and Gerri Shaffer; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bradley Scott Rosenberger; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stanley and Doris Shaffer; and a brother-in-law, Alvin Teets.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 2-8 p.m., and on Monday June 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service with Pastor Chuck Teets officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Bruceton Mills.
