| Obituary: | EDNA MAE TEETS,
89, of Bruceton Mills (Hazelton Community), WV, died Friday, September 19, 2008, in her home surrounded by her family.
The daughter of the late Orval and Carrie Nicola Friend, she was born May 2, 1919, in Haelton, WV.
She is survived by a daughter and her spouse, Virginia M. and Bud Jones of Bruceton Mills (Hazelton); a sister, Thelma Grace Shaffer Staub and her husband, Jack of Bruceton Mills; and two granddaughters, Susan Jones Lemro and her companion, Dennis Stanton, of Friendsville, MD, and Phyllis Y. Jones of Bruceton MIlls.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Teets, November 25, 1999, a sister, Goldie and four brothers: Gilbert, Frank, Junior and an infant brother, Harry.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 25, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Bruceton-Brandonville, WV, with Pastor Barry M. Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Webbs Chapel Cemetery, Hazelton.
