Obituary:	LOVEDA V. EVANS, 93, of Bruceton Mills (Hazelton community), WV, went home to be with her Lord, Tuesday, February 26, 2008, at her home. The daughter of the late Walter Isaiah and Carrie Fike Wakefield, she was born February 19, 1915, in Friendsville, MD. She was a member of the Webb Chapel Church, where she played the piano for many years. Loveda is survived by a brother, Walter Wakefield of Westminster, MD; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Omar D. Evans; three sisters, Beulah Wakefield, Mary Iva Jones, and Retha Humberson; and a brother, Merle Wakefield. Friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, Thursday, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, February 29, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Barry M. Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb Chapel Cemetery. Personal condolences to the family may be sent on line to www.spearfuneralhome.net.

Our deepest sympathy to you in the loss of a wonderful lady. Lovedy was a blessing to all who knew her and will be missed.
