I just read about Mrs. Haines passing. My heart and thoughts are with you. She was a lovely woman and the sweetest person to take care of. Her memory lives on with many of the people she touched, including me.

When I was sick Ida (and Fred) would take me where I needed to be, if Donna, Charles and Phyllis, or someone else was not available.
